Project Manager

International Translation Tasks Full Time, Maternity Cover

As the link between clients and professional translators around the world, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and processing complex translation projects in a diverse technical environment on time and within budget
• Providing support and assistance to our customers for website translation and global SEO optimization projects
• Expertly advising our clients and partner translation agencies in German and English
• Providing solution-oriented consultancy services regarding the use of our software solutions in company-specific workflows
• Continuously optimizing workflows
• Maintaining defined quality processes

About you:

• Ideally, you will have:
  • A degree or equivalent in translation studies
  • A similar degree in languages, or
  • An SEO/digital marketing degree or equivalent
• In addition to German as your native language, you also speak perfect English; 1-2 additional languages would be an advantage
• You have 2-5 years of relevant professional experience (ideally in an international environment or the field of SEO/digital marketing)
• You enjoy learning how to use new software and testing out the latest software provides some welcome variety
• You have a talent for organization and take last-minute change of plans in your stride
• You have an eye for detail but never lose sight of the bigger picture
• You have excellent organizational abilities, work independently, and can cope with a heavy workload
• Your thoughts and actions are of course focused on our clients
• Your approach to working with others is based on partnership
